James runs our Panels Client Services Directorate and has led the development of our bespoke response panels service. He is responsible for our client audience response panels and our large media focussed audience panel, TRP Surveys which offers fast turn-around answers to media research questions with a guaranteed overnight sample size of 2,000 participants, representative of the adult 16+ and children’s 4-15 population of the UK in terms of age, gender and geographic area. James is experienced in the design and application of measurement contracts and projects across TV, Radio, consumer appreciation and brand tracking studies, as well as being an industry expert in cross-media measurement.
