James has led the development of our bespoke response panels service and is experienced in the design and application of measurement data across TV, Radio, consumer appreciation and brand tracking studies, as well as being an industry expert in cross-media measurement. He has led several high profile projects providing consultancy to public enquiries, cost-saving initiatives and major cultural and sporting events.

To glorify the past and paint the future is easy, to survey the present and emerge with some light and understanding is difficult.
