Jen is responsible for ensuring we attract, develop and retain the people and skills we need to deliver our objectives. Prior to taking on this role, Jen worked for over 10 years in client and agency side Market Research roles which have given her a valuable insight into what motivates people, how businesses work and therefore how best to support employees.
