Laura ensures all our policies and practices work together smoothly to fulfill company objectives and that internal communications are effective. She maintains a sufficiently broad overview of Company activity to act as an alternate for the CEO and provides cover in case of need.
Laura also runs our Panels Client Services Directorate; responsible for our bespoke client audience response panels and our large media focussed audience panel, TRP Surveys which offers fast turn-around answers to media research questions with a guaranteed overnight sample size of 2,000 participants, representative of the adult 16+ and children’s 4-15 population of the UK in terms of age, gender and geographic area. Laura has developed mechanisms of managing staff in multiple locations and for ensuring all elements of the service work well together to deliver high quality research projects.
