Steven has 20 years of experience in the IT field, working with the local government before joining TRP.  As Associate Director he has responsibility for overseeing the support of, and developing TRP’s IT estate, managing a combination of internal engineers and contracted IT professional services. This allows TRP to retain control and exploit the flexibility of the technology and technical services we use to meet our resilience, commitments, security and compliance policies. Additionally, he has technical experience and expertise in administering and maintaining VMware and HyperV hypervisors, Super-Massive Sonicwall firewalls, Interconnectivity (VPN) between on premises and cloud infrastructure, AWS and Azure. He also ensures that our backup and disaster recovery policies are carried out and that network security meets requirements.
