Tessa is Client Service Director, leading a team to provide our Audience Reaction panels for a range of media clients, including PSBs. This involves overseeing both daily and ad hoc measurement, and reporting covering media viewing, radio and podcast listening and use of YouTube, TikTok and other digital platforms. Tessa also leads the Qualitative Insights programme, designing and running focus groups and interviews. With over 15+ years working in the media industry, Tessa is adept at working with clients to design broader behavioural and attitudinal questions, delivering clarity and insight from complex data sets.
