Jen Murray-Smith, our People & Development Director, said “Signing this pledge is another of the many ways in which TRP demonstrates our clear commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion.   Among other things, we have inclusive recruitment and working practices, we take clear actions to support employees’ mental health, we ensure neurological and physiological difference are taken into account and more than 50% of our board of directors are women.”

James Aspinall, our Measurement Director, said “We are proud to have signed the inclusivity pledge demonstrating our commitment to ensuring our surveys, panels and research are truly representative of the populations we are studying.  We have a strong track record of working within communities to reach all sections of the population and we are constantly evolving our measurement techniques to ensure our research methodologies are inclusive and accessible.”
